Singer-songwriter, musician, and children's wellness advocate Kendra K is bringing her health and fitness message to kids and adults everywhere with her new album,

Songs for a Healthy Mind and Body. 

 

Redondo Beach, CA (Feb. 27, 2019). From the beach cities of the Los Angeles area comes a music artist who has taken her extensive background in music, education, and health to create Songs for a Healthy Mind and Body.

 

Kendra K is a diverse singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a vision to inspire children through music, to live healthy and fulfilling lives of purpose and value. In addition to Kendra K’s vast musical background, she is also a children's book author, a former physical education teacher, and has extensive expertise and national certifications in the areas of family fitness and health.

 

As a new mom, Kendra K knows firsthand how important it is to raise healthy and happy children. She carries out her mission of empowering, educating, entertaining, and creating a more positive future through her music, music videos, and other media.
